This new service increases ease for you as a customer. In a kit, Truckfix supply a pair of linings drilled to the pattern of your driven plate, along with the rivets to assemble it all.

Lining Material - History

With a more than 40 years experience with organic facing material and ceramic segments when the opportunity to acquire the Rabestoes friction plant after the business in the UK had been sold on and subsequently ended up in the hands of a receiver, we bought the machinery employed the staff.

This has added to product portfolio, with the added advantage that we have secured our future ability to supply vintage units.

Offering 3 grades of friction, HD1, HD2, and HD3 suitable across the whole spectrum of applications.

HD3 is ideal for car and industrial machinery brake an application, cost effective running, it ‘beds in’ quickly, minimises judder on low torque applications.

HD2, designed for heavy duty car applications including sporty, high torque work, ideal on agricultural applications, hard wearing with lots of metal content allowing it grip faster and therefore minimising the heat build up and therefore lasts longer...

HD1, this is the ultimate, durable heavy duty commercial friction material, designed primarily for high torque long life applications, highly heat resistant due to its dense metal content and its extremely high melting point bonding agent compounds, running comfortably on high BHP and even in full oil immersed applications. This friction, due to its characteristics’ is also suitable for super car applications and indeed has been tested on Austin Martin and Ferrari applications.

All three grades are all lead and asbestos free materials.
